Rogers Park Winter Market Vendor Application
This form is for anyone interested in becoming a vendor with the Rogers Park Winter Market. The market runs Sundays 10am-2pm and will continue through at least end of February, possibly longer, depending on Vendor interest. All vendors must identify as either LGBTQIA+, a woman, or BIPOC (Biracial, Indigenous, or Person of Color). The vendor fee is $35 per week, due at the end of each Sunday at tear-down. (Set up starts 9am, tear down by 2:30. Market runs 10am-2pm). Vendors who need to cancel must cancel with 48 hours notice or they will be charged the full $35 fee. Anyone who no-shows will have to pay 48 hours in advance for any future reservations.
As a woman/non-binary and queer owned business, we choose to center LGBTQ-owned, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses. We only allow vendors who identify as one or more of the above. Please select as many categories as apply.
We give priority to vendors willing to commit to weekly or biweekly attendance. After those spots are filled, we may have space for folks interested in monthly or occasional attendance.
