Wellness at Culture of Safety
In addition to our own wellness programming, Culture of Safety hosts wellness classes taught by experienced teachers from our local community.

Meditation in the Samatha Tradition
Sundays 10:00-11:30am
Culture of Safety hosts a weekly drop-in class for folks who have learned Samatha meditation, with regular two-month beginner’s sessions (during the regular drop-in class) for people new to the practice. All classes free of charge and open to beginners: Register Online.

Sundays at 9am (ongoing), Mondays at 7pm (starting 9/22)
Culture of Safety hosts Sifu Rodrigo’s drop-in Tai Chi sessions for stretching, breathing and meditation in motion. This class is open to all levels, including beginners. Suggest donation of $15 per class: Register online!

Sundays October 12 – December 21st at 4pm
Culture of Safety hosts QiGong classes weekly for 2 months in the fall. Classes are open to all levels–including beginners. There are several pricing options: Register Here.
