About QiGong
QiGong movements are synchronized with the breath as a way to relax the body, create flow, and balance energy. Qi is energy, and the movements of QiGong are ways to cultivate this life-force energy within you. Furthermore, the practice allows the body to restore and connect to its natural state of health and harmony.
