Tai Chi Classes
Culture of Safety hosts Sifu Rodrigo’s drop-in Tai Chi classes for stretching, breathing and meditation in motion. Tai Chi improves blood flow, strengthen muscles, helps concentration, increases mobility and balance, calms the mind, and delays to grow old.
Sundays 9am-10am

About Sifu Rodrigo

Sifu’s other credentials include Phlebotomy CNA and ISSA Fitness Trainer (CPR Card) Sifu has been teaching in Rogers Park and the Chicago Area since 2005.
Formerly from Chilean ancestry, Sifu Rodrigo started training Chinese Kung Fu in 1991 in his home town of Santiago. In 1995 he started Tai Chi Chuan (Supreme Boxing) and Qi Gong training, receiving the official Instructor certification in China in 2006. Sifu has trained under the Keeper of Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, Jerng Mun Yung (Keeper of the Style) Grand Master Chen Yong Fa in several seminars.
